Privacy at Glendale Group

Last updated: July 28, 2026.

Glendale Group Limited is an Alberta company. This page explains what personal information our websites actually collect, why, where it goes, and how to reach us about it. It covers glendalegroupltd.ca, glenforge.app, and our gated product demo at demo.glendalegroupltd.ca. (The GlenForge portal used by our customers has its own privacy terms, provided to customers directly.)

We built these sites to collect as little as possible. There are no advertising trackers, no social-media pixels, and no data brokers here — and there never will be.

What we collect, and why

Inquiry forms. If you send us an inquiry, we receive what you type: your name, email, and message, plus company, phone, and area of interest if you include them. On glenforge.app, the "get started" walkthrough also asks about your operation — things like crew size, current software, and preferred web address — so we can respond usefully. We use this information to answer you and follow up about working together. That's it. Submitting the form is your consent to that use; if you'd rather we delete an inquiry, email us and we will.

The gated demo. Our product demo requires an access code. While it's in use we set one strictly-necessary cookie (a signed login token, valid 24 hours) and keep a short access log — which code was used, when, the device type, and approximate region — for up to 90 days, so we know our demo is being used by the people we gave codes to. Entry attempts are rate-limited by IP address; those records expire within an hour.

Saved form progress. The glenforge.app walkthrough saves your in-progress answers (including name, email, phone, and company) in your own browser's storage so you don't lose them if the page reloads. That data stays on your device; it isn't sent to us until you press send, and it's cleared once your submission goes through. You can clear it any time through your browser.

Where your information goes

We use a small number of service providers, and some of them process data outside Canada, in the United States: Resend (delivers inquiry emails), Cloudflare (hosts these sites and the demo's access system), and Microsoft (our company mailbox and the Bookings scheduling page). Their handling is limited to providing those services to us. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone else, and we never will.

Questions about how information is handled outside Canada — or anything else on this page — go to our Privacy Contact, Glendale Group Limited: [email protected]. You'll get an answer from a person.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Demo access logs: up to 90 days. Demo rate-limit records: up to 1 hour.

How we protect it

These sites use HTTPS everywhere, strict security headers, signed access tokens on the demo, and rate limiting. We collect little on purpose — the safest data is the data we never took.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email the Privacy Contact and we'll respond promptly. You can withdraw consent to follow-up contact at any time (we'll stop, and delete the thread on request). If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
